Seller: Joinly. support@getjoinly.com
Cancelling: any time from the link in your confirmation email. Access runs to the end of the period you have paid for, and nothing is charged after that.
Withdrawal: consumers in the EU and EEA normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. Because access starts at once, ticking the box above ends that right once access has been given. Elsewhere there is no cooling-off period, but you can cancel at any time.
Complaints: write to support@getjoinly.com; we answer within 30 days. You keep the consumer rights of the country you live in.
