Payments run on Stripe Connect, so payouts settle directly into your own Stripe account on Stripe's standard schedule and can be withdrawn to your bank account as you see fit. Joinly never holds your funds.

Members check out securely through Stripe with major credit and debit cards, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay or cryptocurrencies depending on regional availability.

Both. Each product can be a recurring subscription (monthly or yearly) or a single one-time payment. You decide per product.

If you refund a charge, the member's access is revoked automatically so your community stays paid-only.

Telegram, Discord, Slack and WhatsApp are included on every plan, with more platforms planned.

When a payment succeeds, the buyer gets access on their platform, for example an invite to your Telegram or WhatsApp group, a Discord role, or a Slack channel invite. When access lapses, is cancelled, or is refunded, they're removed automatically.

No. The bot only manages access by adding and removing members. It isn't there to read or store your group conversations.

Yes. You can connect multiple groups and servers depending on your plan, and link different products to each.

Yes. Card details are handled entirely by Stripe, a PCI-certified payments provider. Joinly never sees or stores raw card numbers.
